The Beach Houses è la seconda parte di un progetto urbano ideato dallo Studio dell'Architetto Richard Meier e Partners a Jesolo Lido, e consiste in un condominio con 74 appartamenti di lusso sulla spiaggia di Jesolo.
In qualità di Project Manager ho tenuto tutte le relazioni ed i contatti tra i progettisti, coordinando gli architetti e gli altri consulenti (strutturista, impiantisti, architetti del verde, illuminotecnici), ho controllato i costi dell'intero complesso di lavori, ho indetto le gare d'appalto e mantenuto in linea il budget durante la realizzazione delle opere.
Come Direttore Operativo ho seguito, controllato e consigliato gli appaltatori nelle delicate fasi dei lavori.
The Beach Houses is the second part of an urban project done by Architect Richard Meier and Partners in Jesolo Lido, and it consists of a 74 luxury apartments building in front of Jesolo beach.
As project manager I kept all the relationships between Architects and other consultants, I cheked the costs of the entire building works, and I will put on trail all the building, in the very next months.
As Site manager I followed the entire construction work, checked the quality and the precision of the building works and suggested the best solutions for the companies involved in the construction phase.
