Un progetto molto affascinante realizzato dall'arch. Manuel Aires Mateus in una delicata area vicino alla Laguna di Venezia, di circa 70.000 mq, per un centro commerciale che copre circa 30.000 mq.
Come project manager ho mantenuto tutti i rapporti tra architetti e altri consulenti; ho verificato il processo di costruzione e aggiornato il cliente e tutte le persone coinvolte (architetto, consulenti, aziende) sullo stato dell'arte, e con una costante attenzione per il budget fisso.
A very charming project done by arch. Manuel Aires Mateus in a delicate area near Venice Lagoon, over about 70.000 sqm, for a commercial center that covers about 30.000 sqm.
As project manager I kept all the relationships between Architects and other consultants; I checked the construction process and update the Client and all the people involved (Architect, consultants, companies) about the state of the art, with weekly reports, pictures, e-mails, phone calls, meetings, etc and with a constant attention for the fixed budget.
