Ex Unione Militare

L'edificio "ex Unione Militare", nel cuore di Roma (Via del Corso, via Tomacelli) è stato completamente rinnovato, con la creazione di uno spazio verticale unico (il nucleo) e le sue connessioni tra piani, ascensori e scale, e ora ha tre piani progettati per usi commerciali, un piano multiuso, l'ultimo piano che potrà accogliere un ristorante di lusso; inoltre vi è un seminterrato, con tutte le scorte per negozio e ristorante e i servizi igienici per il personale.
Come project manager ho mantenuto tutti i rapporti tra architetti e altri consulenti; Ho verificato il processo di costruzione e aggiornato il Cliente e tutte le persone coinvolte (architetto, consulenti, aziende) sullo stato dell'arte, con una costante attenzione per il budget fisso.
The "ex Unione Militare" building, in the very heart of Rome (Via del Corso, via Tomacelli) has been totally refurbished, with the creation of an unique vertical space (the core) and its connections between floors, lifts and stairs, and now has three floors designed for commercial uses, one floor for multi pourpose use, the last floor that will include a luxury restaurant, and one basement, with all the stocks for shop and restaurant, and the restrooms for the personnel.
As project manager I kept all the relationships between Architects and other consultants; I checked the construction process and update the Client and all the people involved (Architect, consultants, companies) about the state of the art, with weekly reports, pictures, e-mails, phone calls, meetings, etc and with a constant attention for the fixed budget.
